Tobi who has become a global figure after winning the World Athletics Women’s 100m hurdles in 2022 will be keen to improve on her performance. And some pundits are already of the opinion she will be better as the season progresses in her quest to defend the world title.

Tobi Amusan is the World Championships current record holder in a time of 12.12s. She ran 12.06s in the final but tailwind assisted which the new time was not recognized as a world record.
