MANCHESTER UNITED AGREE DEAL FOR ANTONY WITH AJAX

English Premier League giants Manchester United have agreed a fee of 100m Euros with Ajax for signing of Brazilian U23 Antony Matheus dos Santo, making the 22 year-old one of the most expensive in the league.

Manchester United that the deal is subject to a medical “Manchester United has reached agreement with Ajax for the transfer of Antony, subject to a medical, player terms being finalised, and international clearance,” The statement reads.

Antony a graduate of Sao Paolo academy has won two Eredivisie titles in his just two seasons with Ajax Amsterdam scoring 24 goals and providing vital assists in 82 games across all competitions.

The 22 year-old who plies his trade with the club as a winger is considered a player that can create instant impact when he arrives at Manchester- Old Trafford. He will be joining manager Erik ten Hag and defender Lisandro Martinez from Amsterdam to Manchester United.
