OLAN AINA, CHUKWUEZE SCORES IN EUROPE ELITE LEAGUE

Nigeria international Ola Aina has scored his first Premier League in Monday’s night league match in Fulham clash with West Bromwich Albion.

The former Chelsea wing back doubled the advantage at the Craven Cottage with a breathtaking effort after Jamaica’s Bobby Decordova-Reid had given Scot Parker’s men the lead.

The 24 year-old was brilliant in his exchanges with Mtrovic and Decordova-Reid allowing space outside the area before the Nigeria international took the unstoppable shot to the left corner from the edge of the area.

Meanwhile, Samuel Chukwueze is another Nigerian that was on the score sheet in Europe in the Yellow Submarine game against Real Valladolid which ended in favour Villarreal 2-1 on Monday.

The 21 year-old Nigeria international winger has been rediscovering his form after the lockdown due to coronavirus global pandemic. He scored in the 21’ minute through a low cross from Pedraza before a cool finish for Unai Emery’s men at the Spanish top flight action.

Villareal doubled the lead in the 37’ minute through Pau Torres who converted Paco Alcacer’s flick off Moi Gomez’s corner kick.

The Villareal also known as the Yellow submarine now occupy the third position in La-Liga with 15 points from eight matches, while  Valladolid now sit at the bottom of the standing with 3 points.
