Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) two division World Champion Conor McGregor has announced his retirement from the sports on twitter social media. The mixed martial arts fighter posted in a statement Sunday, said he was done fighting.

“Hey guys I’ve decided to retire from fighting, he tweeted. Thank you all for the amazing memories! What a ride it’s been! Here is a picture of myself and my mother in Las Vegas post one of my World title! Pick the home of your dreams Mags I love you! Whatever you desire it’s yours.’’
This is the second time the Irish fighter is retiring from the sports having announced his retirement in March 2019 but returned to the ring earlier this year.

The Irish mixed martial artist and boxer, popularly called ‘’The Notorious’’ defeated American fighter Donald ‘’Cowboy’’ Cerrone in Las Vegas, Nevada, he won the fight in a technical knockout.

Meanwhile, Conor had earlier in 2016 tweeted ‘’ I have decided to retire young. Thanks for the cheese. Catch ya’s later.’’ But he returned 15 month later in the fight against ‘’Cowboy’’.
