ZIDANE DONATES MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS TO FIGHT COVID-19 IN ALGERIA

Zinedine Zidane has donated medical equipment towards the fight against Covid-19 pandemic. The equipment arrived in his hometown in Bejaia province, northeast Algeria.

The equipments donated by former France international included five beds equipped with intensive care devices and artificial ventilation devices to assist the hospitals in their efforts to address the coronavirus spread.

The forme tFrench captain doesn’t seem to have forgotten his roots and he’s made sure the northeastern Algerian region have plenty of supplies.

The head coach of Real Madrid Zidane was born in Marseille, France in 1972, belongs to a family that immigrated from Bejaia province in Algeria decades ago.

He has won three UEFA Champions League, two European Super Cup, one La Liga title and the FIFA World Cup in 1998 scoring twice in the final to lift the trophy as captain of the French National team.
