BARCELONA SIGN MARTIN FROM LEGANES

Barcelona has made an emergency signing of Martin Braithwaite from Spanish side Leganes. The La Liga champions paid the £15m buyout clause for the Denmark international.

Martin had scored eight goals in 20 matches for Leganes this season, his signing was necessasited by the injury to Dembele, which the Spanish club had to apply the La Liga signing clause of signing a player by a club if a injured players injury will last for more five months.

The club has the right to apply for a replacement of the player but he must ply his trade in Spanish La Liga.
