Wikki Tourist FC started on bright note with Promise Damala and Freedom Omofoma pushing for an early goal which resulted to a corner kick but it went off target for a goal kick the pressure didn’t die down in the 3rd minute Manu Garba hit the ball into the net off a long throw by Hassan Musa for the first goal of the match.

Olushola Ajala, Tchato Giscard combined effectively in the midfield and dominated possession putting pressure on the visiting Lobi stars FC as the game progress the home team grow in confidence with youthful Promise Damala tormenting the Lobi stars team with his dribbling skills and ball distribution also in the 18th minutes Manu Garba header could not rattle Goalkeeper Moses Ocheje in goal for lobi stars FC after a nice build up by Hassan Musa, freedom Omofoma and Promise Damala.

Lobi stars could not contain the rampaging Manu Garba who set up Idris Mohd Guda who dribbled John Lazarus to shot the ball into the far net for the second goal beyond Goalkeeper Moses Ocheje for the second goal of the game.
Lobi stars FC we’re pegged and could not get any shot on target as the home team dominated the game and in the 32 minutes Hassan Musa inswinger found the head of Freedom Omofoma but it went off target.
The game became physical as Lobi stars committed fouls with Mathias Samuel was booked for reckless tackle on Tchato Gascard for a freekick.

Ichull Lordson was also booked for a foul on freedom Omofoma and Ebube Duru was also booked for bad conduct, the first half ended with Wikki fc with 2 goals advantage.

The second half started with Wikki fc pushed further for more goals and it paid off in the 48th minutes when Manu Garba jumped above Ernest Governor to nod home for his second goal of the game and goal nos 3 for Wikki FC off a corner kick by Hassan Musa.

Lobi stars FC made changes with the introduction of Austen Ogunye for Chukwudi Nwaodu and goalkeeper Moses Ocheje out for James Faith but it didn’t bear any fruit as the home team dominated and more superior in play.

Left back Arinze Madu of Wikki FC got a better of John Lazarus of Lobi stars as his shot was parried for a corner kick by Goalkeeper James Faith and the resultant kick led to a freekick by Olushola Ajala was nodded into the net by Captain Idris Guda in the 66th minutes for goal nos 4 for Wikki FC and his second of the day.

The Head coach of the team Usman Abdallah after the game spoke positively about the game, ” It was a good performance from the boys and it showed we are getting better with each game after losing the last games and conceded five goals and scoring one but today we won and scored 4 goals bit most importantly we got the maximum points and we are looking forward to garner more points in our 3 next games and that will put us in a more comfortable position despite we are still rebuilding and getting better.”

Wikki FC dominated possession and we’re the better team of the day and the 4 nil was evidence of superiority.
