FALILAT OGUNKOYA AN ICON AND PRIDE OF AFRICA

Nigerian Falilat Ogunkoya holds the African record in 400m (49.10s) which was set in her bronze winning outing at the 1996 Olympic games

She is four time African Championship winner, two time Olympics medalist, a World Junior Championship winner.

In her performance on long career, she was a medalist in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4X100m and 4X400m events which she achieved at both National and International feat by an African athlete.

She is a trainer, mentor and specialist in Sport Development, especially in athletics.
